Peter Nyamukusa is Chief Technical Officer for SimbaNET responsible for the Group’s Technology under the iSAT, Alldean Satellite Networks, SimbaNET and Wananchi Telecom Brands. He Joined SimbaNET Tanzania in April 2010 as Technical Manager and rose up the position of CTO.

Prior to joining the group, he worked for Africa Online as Group Head, Networks responsible for the Groups IP/MPLS and network expansion Strategy just before its merger with Afsat to form iWay Africa.

Peter has 20 Years of Industry experience and is a Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), Certified Fiber Optic Design Specialist (CFOS/D. He also holds a City & Guild UK Technical Diploma in Micro Computer Technology and Advanced Diploma in Business Management & Administration as well as multiple professional Certifications such as CFOT, Prince2 Project Management, Microsoft MCSE & MCSA-messaging, Cisco CCNP, CCIP, CCDP, CCVP, CCIE–Theory, Juniper JNCIS Routing/Switching and Security, Cyberoam CCNSP & CCNSE, Fortinet NSE, Global VSAT Forum GVF-VSAT Certified and CASS WiMAX Certified.

Tim Kajume is Director(HR) practitioner with 15 years’ experience in people and organizational development.

He has a wealth of experience in the areas of Training, Organizational Development, Performance management, Strategic management and Human resource management having worked for several multinationals within the IT and Telco industry.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources management.

Prior to joining SimbaNET, Tim had worked as the General Manager – HR & Operations for Computech ltd, Group HR manager for Wananchi Group and Group HR manager for Africa Online Holdings.

Allen M. Chimhende is the General Manager at SimbaNET (U) Limited and has been responsible for overseeing the business performance since the time of inception in 2011.

Prior to joining SimbaNET, he has worked for Warid Telecom currently Airtel and Africa Online in Uganda and Zimbabwe.

He has 14 years of experience in various leadership roles. Allen holds an BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Zimbabwe, Level3 Micro Computer Technology City and Guilds of London and Diploma in Computer Science from New Horizon.

Allen is also a Chartered Marketer (CIM) and Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Irene Wanderi is the Head, Customer Service and is responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention is met as per customers’ expectations with consistency in customer satisfaction levels.

She is also responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies for the company.

She has over 11 years in ISP industry and has worked in Customer Service with ISP Kenya and Wananchi Group –Zuku before joining SimbaNET in the year 2010.

James Moshi is our Group Head for the Core Network within the SimbaNET. His current responsibilities are to manage the operations and functions of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and the Core Infrastructure teams which are pivotal components of the WBS.

James possess more than 10 years of experience in the communications industry. He has been involved in planning, setting up and running various networks and systems functions and projects. These include playing a key role in designing and implementation of the regional MPLS networks as well as QoS policies and high availability for the ISP. He is also responsible for capacity management, system integration, high level presales / post sales technical support and projects functions as well as planning and execution of strategic goals and objectives for the business. He has a wealth and breadth of experience in networks and technologies (wired and wireless, WANs and LANs).

James holds a Diploma in Management of Information Systems, from IMIS, UK.

In addition to his University qualification, he also holds several industry recognized certifications i.e. Cisco’s CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIP and has attended several hands on focused technology workshops one of them being a specialized Internet Service Provider Design and Backbone Routing Protocol Workshop conducted by Cisco Systems Inc at Cisco HQ in San Jose, California.

Caroline heads the Legal & Regulatory Department of the business and has over 9 years of extensive experience in handling legal, regulatory, compliance, employment, corporate and commercial transactions having worked in the telecommunications and oil industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

She is also a Certified Public Secretary, CPS (K) and has successfully completed her postgraduate course in Human Resource Management.
